New & Fresh

With an expected completion in early 2015, this tidy house in Boulder takes inspiration from the shapes of the existing carriage house while expressing itself through fresh and current details.  This residence was designed by Arch 11, Inc.

Colorado Indigenuity

A complete modern homestead is now underway, beginning with the construction of one of the outbuildings.  The structures’ materials speak to the Colorado farms of yesteryear, while being carved out of and rooted in its 40-acre rural site.  This project was designed by architect Brad Tomecek.

The landscaping is beginning to mature at the Tres Casitas Townhomes projects, adding color and framing views of the Flatirons.

Dramarama

Perched on a bluff in central Boulder, this home embraces panorama views of the Front Range and northern plains. It is currently under construction, to be completed in the first part of 2015. It was designed by HMH Architecture + Interiors
