Dedicated to making everything we do run as smoothly as possible is Andrew's core strength. He is a team builder and excellent communicator whether it relates to the details of project execution or business strategy. Like the rest of our staff, he is a Certified Passive House Tradesperson. As a deep thinker with broad knowledge in a variety of fields he is the perfect fit for the rigor the work we do everyday.

Bringing decades of hands-on construction experience, Jeff is the quintessential project manager. His knowledge of materials, techniques and sequencing is unsurpassed. He is a Certified Passive House Tradesperson who has first-hand experience building sustainable custom homes as building science has evolved over the decades. His sense of humor and constantly fresh perspective benefits our whole organization and enriches the relationships with every client he engages with.

Bob brings decades of experience in custom residential construction to our team. His Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science combined with his experience as a product rep makes him an excellent communicator. With a history of entrepreneurship he is a budget zen master. Bob is a Certified Passive House Tradesperson. His refined sensibilities and vast construction industry experience shine through on every project he touches.

Derrick has the unique ability to manage details and see the big picture at the same time. With a focus on clients first he is excellent at keeping them informed, engaged in the process and on target with important decisions. He’s also a lot of fun to be around. In developing budgets and managing schedules, he drives hard to keep projects on track. He excels at relationship building in the design-build partnerships we forge with architects on every project.

With a gentle but direct communication style he listens and addresses our clients’ needs in one moment, then drives his contractor teams the next. From client satisfaction to detailed construction knowledge, Tyler brings high value to all the work he does at Hammerwell.

Liz has a passion for building that started at an early age. Her thirst for knowledge on construction and building science continues to this day. Liz thrives on collaboration with clients and architects. She can take a printed set of plans and visualize the three-dimensional details of the space before it’s built. She is the only member of our team with a degree in Sustainable Construction Management. Her ability to plan and communicate exudes a calming sense of confidence with our clients, who know they are in the right hands.
